Refund and Cancellation Policy
At LexAyaan Academy, we are committed to providing high-quality legal education. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing any course.
1. Digital Products Since our courses are digital products with immediate access to proprietary video content and materials, we generally do not offer refunds once the course has been accessed.
2. Refunds (If Applicable) We may consider a refund request within 5 days of purchase ONLY under the following technical circumstances:
- You are unable to access the course due to a technical error on our platform that we are unable to resolve.
- A duplicate payment was made by error.
To request a refund, email us at support@lexayaan.in with your transaction details. Refunds are processed within 5-7 working days back to the original payment method.
3. Cancellation Once a course is purchased, it cannot be cancelled or transferred to another user.
